2. The tiny bit of information we collect

That's it—no credit-card data, no location tracking, no health details.
3. How we use it
- Early-adopter updates – we'll email (or call/text) about Seatdo's progress and beta invites.
- Improving the landing page – anonymous analytics help us figure out which messages resonate.
We do not send regular marketing blasts, sell your info, or share it with other salons.
4. Opting out is easy
Click "unsubscribe" in any email or reply "STOP" to any text and we'll remove you from the list—no hard feelings.
5. Where your data travels
Our site is hosted on Vercel servers in the European Union. Form responses are stored in Google Forms/Sheets (US data centres). Only two Seatdo founders can access that sheet, protected with two-factor login.
6. Keeping it safe (plain English)
- All data moves over HTTPS (the little padlock).
- Google and Vercel encrypt it at rest.
- We use strong passwords + 2-factor.
Given we only hold contact details, this level of security is plenty for now.
7. No cookies to chase you around
The landing page doesn't drop marketing cookies. PostHog and Google Analytics collect page-level stats but nothing that personally identifies you.
8. Future changes
If Seatdo grows into a full booking platform we'll update this policy (and let you know) before we collect anything new, like payment info.
9. Want your details deleted or corrected?
Email gday@seatdo.com and we'll wipe or update your record within two business days.
