plain language • last updated 17 July 2025

Welcome to seatdo.com (the "Site"). By browsing or using this Site you're agreeing to the terms below. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please close the tab—easy as that.

2. What this Site actually does

Seatdo is still in the "testing-the-waters" stage. Right now the Site:

  • explains the Seatdo idea
  • lets interested studio owners join a wait-list (Google Form)
  • collects basic analytics to see which pages people read

No booking system, no payments, no user accounts—yet.

3. Using the Site

You promise to:

  1. use the Site for lawful purposes only
  2. not mess with our code, forms or security
  3. not upload anything nasty (viruses, abusive comments, spam)

We can change, suspend or shut down the Site at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

Everything you see here—text, graphics, logo, screenshots—is ours (or we have permission to use it). Feel free to read, share a link, or screenshot for personal reference, but don't copy, sell or republish our content without written okay from us.

5. Links to others

Sometimes we link to third-party sites (e.g. Google Forms, PostHog). They're not under our control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices—use them at your own risk.

6. No guarantees (sorry)

We do our best to keep info accurate and the Site running, but it's provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we give no warranties—express or implied—about:

  • the Site's accuracy, reliability or availability
  • the Site being free of viruses or bugs

7. Liability cap

To the extent the law lets us, Qorsi Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) that results from using—or being unable to use—this Site.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect (name, email, phone) and why. By using the Site you agree we can use that data as described there.

9. Changes to these terms

We may tweak these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Keep using the Site after that and you're accepting the new version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with in NSW courts.
